We want you to feel satisfied with the products and services we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that our staff can provide you the same superior customer service every time.

Order Processing

Because all of our natural bath and body products are handmade and we want you to be able to enjoy them as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be very rare delays and you will be notified by email. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. You will always receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped.

Payment

Remedies Essentials accepts Visa and MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipping

We provide standard shipping via our choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx. Rush orders are possible at an additional fee.

Sales Tax

As a Montana-based business, we charge NO sales tax!

Returns

We want you to be happy with what you purchase from Remedies Essentials. That is why we support every product offered with a 60-day 100% Unconditional Guarantee.

In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 60 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us toll-free at 866-292-9950 to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending an item(s) back, please note on the original packing slip, which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used.

Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.

Imperfect Merchandise

We value quality. That is what we always strive to achieve in our handmade, natural bath and body products. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Please note that all our products are handmade, unique creations, just for you. We strive for consistency, but without machines, this cannot always be achieved. But we believe our handmade items have a unique charm and we hope you will be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact our Customer Care department.

Animal Testing

We do not test any of our products on animals.

Shelf Life

Because our products are made using natural ingredients, a product's average shelf life is 12 to 24 months from the time you receive your product. It varies somewhat between products depending on the ingredients. For the other body care products there are things you can do to help extend the life of your products. We recommend all products be stored in their closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Take care to avoid letting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.
